1. Why RetroAmerica?

2. Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order is successfully paid, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add jim@jimshorts.com to your safe sender list.
3. I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?
For orders already paid, If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within one working day, and once we has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
4. I Just Placed My Order. Can I Add Another Item To It?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within one business day of the original order.
5. Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

6. How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed in your order when this transaction has taken place.
7. When Will My Order Ship?
Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, and do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
8. Why Was some of the items missing?
1. We sometimes sent your order in separate packages as they may from a different warehouse. In this case, you should have received multiple tracking numbers via email notification.
2. Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about that.
9. Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. But we will do our best and choose the most appropriate shipping method, Generally there are no extra taxes for your order.
But, this is a international business general guideline and may vary depending on the customs office of your country. If you are asked for taxes or duties, don't be disappoint or angry, try to contact to your customs office, and we will help you always.
